Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
• Customized cake orders must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• We reserve the right to refuse cancellation in case of non-refundable items or special orders.
